We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If a returned item arrives in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

To start a return, please contact us at monibagstudio@hotmail.com. Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
